Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of dowry death of her daughter the petitioner has made an application for grant of compensation in view of the circular of the State Government dated 3.8.2011, but that has not been considered and decided by the State.

Be that as it may, respondent No.4/Collector, Koriya is directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's application within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
