2. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.211/2020 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 21-C of the NDPS Act.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed by a detailed order on merits.

4. Today second bail application of co-accused Vishnu Soni has been dismissed in MCRC No.2847/2021. From the present applicant also huge quantity of contraband has been recovered, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application.
