(2) The petitioner/wife's application under Section 45 of the Evidence Act read with Order 26 Rule 9 of CPC for examination of the disputing signature has been rejected by the trial Court vide impugned order dated 24.11.2016 (Annexure P/1) and the respondent/husband's application has been allowed by which Mr. Rajesh Kumar Alma has appointed as Handwriting Expert working at Police Head Office, Raipur against which, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner/wife herein. (3) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, this

Court does not find any such illegality or perversity committed by the Court below which would warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

(4) Consequently, the writ petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
