Collector, Raigarh has filed an affidavit and also filed the document issued in the month of 2013 by the Inspector General, Registration in which it has been mentioned that practice to seek certificate containing 22 points information from patwari has been discontinued and therefore, the petitioner is not required to seek and submit 22 points information for sale of his land.
