Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application before respondent No. 3 - Collector, Mungeli for correction / mutation of his name in revenue records and on the said application revenue case has been registered on 01.04.2016 but till date it has not been considered and decided.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 - Collector, Mungeli is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's case expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
