Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 23/08/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed all the relevant documents including the revenue records etc. before the respondent No. 2, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pandariya for issuance of permanent caste certificate but is still pending consideration and has not been issued till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to issue permanent caste certificate to the petitioner in accordance with law.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2, Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Pandariya is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's
application for issuance of permanent caste certificate expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
