1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of the directive given by this Court in WP(C) No. 708 of 2020 on 02.03.2020.
2. The counsel appearing for the State submits that on account of the lockdown situation prevailing in the State, the respondent-authorities
-2were not able to take a decision within the stipulated period provided for the State and prays for extension of time so that they can take a decision at the earliest. The reasons assigned in the application and the submissions made by the counsel for the State appears to be satisfactory and justified.
3. The present MCC accordingly stands allowed and the respondents are granted sixty days' further time, starting from the date of receipt of copy of this Order for necessary compliance of the Order dated 02.03.2020 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 708 of 2020.
4. Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record in WPC No. 708 of 2020. With the aforesaid observation, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
