The issue raised is whether the funds released under the norms of Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission can be used for providing bus services outside the city.

The issue in this matter has already been raised in Writ Petition (PIL) No. 52 of 2015, therefore, no fresh petition can be entertained. The petitioner is at liberty to take suitable proceedings in terms of Rule 80 of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
