The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the non compliance of the order dated 13.01.2020 passed by this court in WPS 115/2020.

Vide the said order this Court had directed the respondents to take appropriate decision on the application filed by the petitioner. The respondent/s entering appearance through Mr. Vikram Sharma submits that respondents have thereafter taken a decision vide order dated 10.2.2020 and claim of the petitioner has since been rejected by a reasoned order.

Given the fact that this Court had directed the respondents to take an appropriate decision and respondents having taken a decision thereby rejecting the claim of the petitioner the order passed by this Court stands complied with.

If, at all if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent decision taken by the respondents, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of fresh proceedings.
