Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 7/7/2015
1. The petitioners have preferred these writ petitions seeking benefit of 2 advance increments on account of they having passed B.Ed/D.Ed. Examination on their own expenses after seeking permission from the Government.
2. Learned State counsel would draw attention of the Court to the document (Annexure-R/2) whereby the benefit of 2 advance increments has already been extended to the petitioners and their pay scale has been accordingly revised. It is also mentioned in the return that arrears of salary would be paid to the petitioners shortly, as the same is under process.
3. In view of the above, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- J U D G E (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
