Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has carried out the construction works of various contracts which were awarded to him by the Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur (C.G.). It is stated that during such period, the different contract works were carried out for which the security amount was deposited but after the contract work is over and the entire work has been done, the security amount has not been returned to the petitioner. Counsel submits that the representation has been made however that remains undecided. Therefore, the concerned respondents of the Municipal Corporation may be directed to decide the representation so as to take the further course of action.

Perused the application of the petitioner. It is stated that the same have been filed before the Municipal Corporation for refund of security amount. 3.

Considering the fact that the security deposit has not been returned despite completion of work, it is directed that the concerned respondents of the Municipal Corporation shall objectively consider and decide the same within a further period of three months from the date of presentation of the copy of this order along with the copy of this writ petition and the documents annexed thereto.
