Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.386/2018 registered in Police Station : DD Nagar, Raipur District Raipur for offence under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

2. This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail applications have been rejected on merits by a detailed order.

3. The applicant has fired gun shot over the persons of Tushar Pandey and

MCRC No. 4025 of 2021 Pratap Chandrakar causing injuries over their legs.

4. Although the applicant is in jail since 10.12.2018, however, out of 21 witnesses, 17 witnesses have already been examined and 4 witnesses are remained to be examined.

5. Considering that the trial has almost come to an end, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the Application is rejected.
