This case is filed seeking initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, on the premise that the directions contained in Annexure C/1 has not been complied with.

Mr. Anoop Majumdar, learned Counsel, appears on behalf of the Respondent i.e. Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhilai. He submits that the directions contained in the judgment (Annexure C/1) issued in W.P.(C) No. 235 of 2015 will be complied with, without fail within a period of one month from now.
