1. The dispute in the present writ petition which the petitioner has raised is in respect of the handing over the charge of the Block Eucation Officer to the respondent No. 4 .

2. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner rather would get redressed in case if the respondent State takes a decision for filling up of the post of Block Education Officer by persons who fulfill all requisite eligibility criteria as per the rules. Further contention of the petitioner is that

there are more than couple of blocks in the same District where the petitioner is working but the charge of Block Education Officer has been occupied by the persons who are basically Lecturers and not Principals and the petitioner in spite of being Principal and fulfilling all eligibility criteria has not been considered for posting as a Block Education Officer.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let petitioner make a suitable representation in addition to what he has already made to the respondent No. 1 and respondent No. 1 in turn shall take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner keeping in view the rules and regulations governing the field of posting of the Block Education Officer.

4. It is expected that respondent would take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of filing of the fresh representation by the petitioner.
