1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the action on the part of the respondent No. 2 in constructing a road over the private property belonging to the petitioner.

2. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the said property has neither been acquired nor taken over, neither petitioner has been paid any compensation for the same. Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that he has already approached the respondent No. 2 by moving a detailed representation Annexure P/4 and his grievance would be redressed, if the respondent No. 2 may take an appropriate decision on the said representation at the earliest.

3. Given the limited request that the counsel for the petitioner has made, the writ petition itself can be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and

decide his representation in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Needless to mention that the respondent No. 2 is expected to pass a reasoned order on the representation and the contention raised in said writ petition.
