2) The respondents have made the following statement in para 9 of the return :

It is submitted that as soon as the appointment with regard to appointed 349 candidates will resolve and concluded, the candidates like the petitioner who are in waiting list would be considered for appointment. It is submitted that there is shortage of doctors in the government hospital and therefore, the State Government is also keen to make appointment. However, the appointment orders will be issued after following due process of law. That 181 candidates have been placed in waiting list including the petitioners. Their cases would be considered after concluding the process of appointment of 349 candidates, who have been given appointment vide order dated 3/8/2016.
3) In view of the above, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra Gowri
