We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

The Petitioner aspires for admission in the MBBS course under the Freedom Fighter quota. The total number of seats available under that quota was six. According to the learned Additional Advocate General, the Petitioner had confined her choice to only four medical colleges. The rank of the Petitioner was such that she could not fall within the seats meant for the Freedom Fighter quota. 3.
Under such circumstances, we do not find any ground to issue any order in favour of the Petitioner. For the aforesaid reason, we are unable to grant any further relief to the Petitioner.

In the result, the petition is dismissed.
