1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.480/2020 registered in Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 20-(b) of the NDPS Act.

2. This is the 3rd bail application on behalf of the applicant.

3. While dismissing the earlier bail application vide MCRC No.7720/2020 on 21.1.2021, liberty was allowed to revive the prayer after 6 months. However, this bail application has been filed on 3.6.2021 i.e. about one and half months prior to completion of the said date.
