Agrawal Order On Board 04/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that impugned order dated 20.07.2017 is revisable before the Commissioner or Board of Revenue under Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer revision before the Commissioner or Board of Revenue. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in view of Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, I deem it expedient to allow the petitioner to file revision before the Commissioner or Board of Revenue.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
