Agrawal Order On Board 24/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of social status certificate is not being decided by the respondent No. 3- The Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No. 3- Sub Divisional Officer (R) is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's application for grant of social status certificate expeditiously

preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
