------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 25/06/2018
1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition.
2. Learned counsel for respondent submits that the act of petitioner in bringing this contempt petition is not tenable as he was very well aware about the order passed by this Court in Review Petition No.112/2017 dated 24.11.2017 by which the order dated 11.9.2017 passed in WPCR No.52/2017 was set aside.
3. Perused the copy of the order passed by this Court in Review Petition No.112/2017 passed on 24.11.2017.
4. As this contempt petition arises out of order dated 11.9.2017 passed in WPCR No.52/2017 which has already been set aside in the review petition in which the petitioner was himself was one of the parties and
Page No.2 represented by the counsel, hence, there is no question of filing this contempt petition. This being the position, filing of present contempt petition is wastage of precious time of this Court apart from burdening the Court unnecessarily with frivolous petition.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stand disposed of. Sd/- (Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant) Judge Nisha
