Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/07/2017 The petitioner has assailed legality and validity of transfer order daed 05/11/2014.

Number of grounds have been urged in this petition. Considering that the matter has remained pending since 2015 and there is no interim order operating against the transfer order and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already complied with the transfer order, no order is required to be passed. The petition is accordingly disposed off, however, with liberty that as and when occasion arises in future, it will be open for the petitioner to make representation.
