1. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.315/2015 registered in Police Station -Sirgitti, District- Bilaspur (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 IPC and Sections 5 & 6 of the Protection of Children's from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

2. This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant.

3. Once the application was rejected on merits, no case is made out for grant of bail at this stage.

4. Application is therefore rejected at this stage with liberty to revive in case trial is not concluded within reasonable time.
