This writ petition has been preferred seeking implementation of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 24.09.2012 in WP(PIL) No.35 of 2012 (Rajkumar Mishra Vs. Chief State Information Commissioner and others).

Once writ has already been issued in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Division Bench of this Court, the cause of action gets exhausted and the petitioner cannot maintain a fresh writ petition before the Single Bench seeking implementation of the order passed by the Division Bench.
