Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be permitted to make representation before the respondent No. 2- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, District Janjgir Champa, questioning the order / memo dated 28.03.2018 passed by respondent No. 03.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, petitioner would be at liberty to make representation before respondent No. 2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, District Janjgir Champa, for redressal of his grievance and, in turn, the said authority shall look into the matter and consider petitioner's case expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the dsate of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the parties. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
