Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 14.08.2017, whereunder he has been transferred as AG-II from the Office of Government Higher Secondary School, Gujra, Dhamtari to Office of Block Education Officer, Magarlod, District Dhamtari.

By order dated 21.09.2017, this Court has stayed the effect and operation of the impugned order on submission that the petitioner has joined at Gujra on 26.05.2017 and has thus been transferred again within a short span of 3 months.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner may submit representation before the State Government within a period of 3 months from today and thereafter the State Government shall decide the representation at the earliest.
