1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that offence under Crime No.27/2020 has been registered on 17-1-2020 at Police Station City Kotwali, Dhamtari but the accused persons are not being arrested.

3. Learned State counsel submits that the investigation is on progress.

4. Be that as it may, at this stage, no direction can be issued, however, the State authorities are directed to proceed in accordance with law, expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
