Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application for grant of permanent stage carriage permit before the respondents on 04.06.2018 on the route Durg to Sanna via Raipur, Baloda Bazar, Raigarh, Kunkuri, Jashpur, however, the same is not decided till date. 2.

Perusal of the application Annexure P-1 do not reflect so and the second page is also missing. In view of this, petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh application before the concerned R.T.A. seeking permanent stage carriage permit for the aforesaid route and if such application is filed, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously as per law. 3.
