(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the monthly allowance was being paid to the petitioners in lieu of employment, which has been stopped w.e.f. August, 2015 without assigning any reason against which, they have made representation before respondent No.2/Chief Vigilance Officer, Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Ltd. Raipur, which has not been considered and decided till this date.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Chief Vigilance Officer, Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Ltd. Raipur is directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file additional representation, if any before the said authority for redressal of their grievances.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
