Agrawal Order On Board 02/0 1 /201 (1) The respondents authorities have issued advertisement for the post of Medical Health Worker on 18.07.2016, in which educational qualification was prescribed is 10 + 2 Examination i.e. Class 12 th with Biology subject for the said post.
(2) The petitioner has been held disqualified for the said post on the ground that he has not passed class 12th Examination with Biology subject, against which the instant writ petition has been filed challenging the same.
(3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (4) As per advertisement dated 18.07.2016, petitioner is not eligible for the post of Medical Health Worker as he has not passed 12th Examination with Biology subject and, therefore, he has rightly been held disqualified by the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Rajnandgaon (Annexure P-1) for the post of Medical Health Officer. (5) Accordingly, the writ petition being devoid of merit, is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
