2. The present petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner is working with the respondent No. 4 (Sindhi Sewa Mandal). She is going to be retired on 30.06.2020 and as per the circular issued by the State Government dated 15.06.2012 (Annexure P/3), the academic session is to be continued till 30th April. It is stated that since due to

pandemic, the academic year of the School has not come to an end, therefore, her services should be considered for reappointment till 30th April. The reference is made to Annexure P/3 claiming for consideration of the reappointment of the petitioner.

3. The documents attached with this petition would reveal that the petitioner is going to retire on 30.06.2020. i.e. tomorrow. The circular issued by the State Government, on which the petitioner is relying, appears to be for the reason that in the midst of the session, if someone retires in order to arrest the mid session teaching problem which may otherwise affect the session/ students/ examination, their services are extended till 30th April. Since the petitioner is already going to retire on 30.06.2020, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the benefit of the said circular would not be applicable to her.
