Agrawal Order On Board 0 4 /0 4 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is facing trial for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467 & 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the respondent No. 4 has submitted final report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur on 26.10.2006 but till date no charges of alleged offences has been framed against the petitioner and the matter is still pending for further proceeding and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the CJM, Raipur to proceed further with the matter and decide the same expeditiously. To which,

counsel for the State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, considering the fact that matter is pending since last 11 years, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition (Cr.) stands finally disposed of.
