Agrawal Order On Board 06/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent-SECL is discharging water in the land of the petitioner due to which his land has become useless for the purpose of agriculture, for which he has made representation before respondent No.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Gharghoda to pay compensation. The said authority has also directed to pay compensation in that regard, but direction has not been complied with by respondent-SECL.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondentSECL would submit that necessary action will be taken in the case of the petitioner, expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, Sub Divisional Officer, Gharghoda is directed to look into the matter of the petitioner and to ensure compliance of his order dated 27.07.2012, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
