Order On Board 24/07/2015 Short grievance of the petitioner giving rise to this petition is that the arbitration proceedings have remained pending before the Arbitration Tribunal since 2013 and till date, proceedings have not been concluded.

Without commenting upon the merits, it is directed that the Tribunal shall take all expeditious steps for disposal of the pending case as early as possible considering that the petitioner is a senior citizen.

The petition is finally disposed off.
