1. Heard.
2. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred against the interim order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Raipur Division, dismissing the petitioner's prayer for grant of interim relief.
3. The petitioner has been held disqualified under Section 36 (1)(q) of the C.G. Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993, as she was found to have encroached and raised construction on Government land.
4. The Additional Commissioner has passed a reasoned order while deciding the petitioner's application for grant of interim relief, therefore, no case for interference is made out, however, the Additional Commissioner, Raipur, is directed to decide the pending Revision Application of the petitioner, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
