(2) In view of that, the instant writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to raise a dispute
before the Committee presided by District Collector. If the petitioner raises a dispute before the Committee, in that event the Committee shall consider and decide the same after hearing the affected parties expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
