1. The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking modification of Order dated 23.3.2021 passed in WPS No.1645/2021.

2. The modification sought for is only to the extent that in the Order dated 23.3.2021 inadvertently on account of clerical error the dates reflected have got wrongly typed, inasmuch as the year mentioned in all the dates has got typed as "2019" instead of "2009".

3. Learned Counsel for Applicant submits that the dates and the months in the Order are all correct except for the year and seeks modification of the Order only to the extent that in place of "2019" it be read as "2009".

4. The limited modification sought for by Applicant is not opposed by learned Counsel for State.

5. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. The Order dated 23.3.2021 passed in WPS No.1645/2021 stands modified to the extent that the year of the dates

mentioned in each of the paragraphs of the order shall be read as "2009" instead of "2019".
