1. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.106/2020, registered at Police Station - Kansabel, District- Jashpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 395, 397, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive after sometime.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
