2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Dozer Operator with SECL. He has applied for loan from G.P.F. on 23.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) however the same has not been decided by the respondents. Therefore, request is made to direct the respondents to decide

the applications of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that they would decide the applications of the petitioner Annexure P-1 &P-2 for grant of loan to the petitioner within 4 weeks.

4. In view of the above submission, it is directed that the respondents shall decide the applications of the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from today.
