WP (C) No.155/2015 and WP (C) No.159/2015 have been preferred by the wife and husband respectively, challenging the order passed by the Returning Officer rejecting their nomination for contesting the election for the office of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Reve, district Bemetara. 2.
WP (C) No.156/2015 has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the rejection of his nomination paper for contesting election for the office of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat, Lubha, District Kondagaon.

a/ After hearing learned counsel for the respective petitioners at length, in view of the bar contained underArticle 243-0 of the Constitution of India, the present writ petitions are found not maintainable. In view of the above, all the writ petitions are dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioners, if they so desire, may prefer election petition under Section of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.
