At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would fairly submit that the matter in issue has already been considered and decided by this Court in WPS No.1341/2015 (Shailendra Singh & Others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) & other matter on 30.4.2015 and the present writ petition may also be decided in the same terms.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Shailendra Singh, referred to above.
