1. The limited relief sought by the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No. 2 & 3 for considering the representation that the petitioner has made so far as granting proper compensation for the Land belonging to the petitioner which has been acquired for the purpose of construction of Project Kalma Bairaj.
2. According to the petitioner, he has made representation to the authorities concerned for payment of compensation as per section 33 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013.
3. The State Counsel does not have any objection to the limited relief sought by the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to take a decision on the representation which the petitioner has made for considering payment of compensation under Section 33 of the aforesaid Act 2013.
