1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.174/2020 registered in Police Station Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh for offence under Section 342, 120-B and 392/34 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed with liberty to move at an appropriate stage. The trial has not shown progress due to second wave of Covid-19 Pandemic.

4. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after framing of charges.
