The First Bail Application i.e. MCRC No. 5680/2020 was dismissed as withdrawn on 24/11/2020.
3) The applicant is arrested on 13/07/2019 in connection with Crime No. 323/2019 registered at Police Station Khurshipar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence under Section 302, 201 of Indian Penal Code. 4) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 5) Accordingly, the Second Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
