Since the accused persons have been acquitted of the charges under Section 420, 467, 474 IPC and 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigarh in Criminal Case No. 3406 of 2000, vide order dated 29.03.2017, this revision becomes infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
