Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner be allowed to make representation before the District Magistrate, Jashpur for redressal of her grievance with regard to installation of electric pole and connection to be made by respondent No.2.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner files a representation before the District Magistrate within two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate in accordance with law within a period of three
