This is the fifth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the Applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 115 of 2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(b) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3.

This bail application has been filed claiming grant of bail on the ground of poor medical condition of father and grandmother of the Applicant pursuant to which the medical report was called from the State. Applicant's father was examined on 07.07.2021.

After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant at length and going through the medical record, I do not find any good ground or change in the circumstances to entertain this fifth bail application. Accordingly, this fifth bail application is rejected. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
