1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, a Head Constable/Driver is attending duties at M.T.P, Raipur (C.G.) pursuant to the order Annexure P-1, yet he has not been paid salary from August, 2017 onwards.

2. Considering the nature of grievance raised in the writ petition, it is disposed of with a direction that in the event

the petitioner prefers representation before the respondent No.3 within a period of 2 weeks from today. The said officer shall consider and decide the same objectively by speaking order at the earliest preferably within a period of next 4 weeks.
