The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.80/2020 registered in Police Station City, Kotwali, Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 509B, 384, 376 of the I.P.C.; Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000; Section

MCRC No. 4192 of 2020 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
