(2) In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has called in question the order dated 12.12.2013 (Annexure P/1), whereby, the Director, Agriculture, has repatriated the petitioner to his parent department i.e. Sahkari Dhugdh Utpadak Sangh Limited, Urla , Post B.M.Y. Charoda District Durg (C.G.). The petitioner has also
prayed for grant of revised pay scale and benefit of Kramonnati together with arrears of salary.
(3) Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for respondent No.4 would submit that the petitioner has already joined in the ofÏce of respondent No.4 at Urla, therefore, challenge to Annexure P/1 has been rendered infructuous. For other reliefs, he would submit that the matter shall be examined and necessary order shall be passed in accordance with law. (4) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent No.4 shall consider the issue of petitioner's entitlement to revised pay scale and Kramonnati and pass speaking order at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order before the competent authority.
